Returns & Cancellations

General

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return any item to us in its original packaged condition complete with labels within 30 days of receipt.

Exchanges or refund outside this period will be at the discretion of Ceeflair Embroidery & Printing

Returns are at your cost and at your responsibility until they reach us.

Please always ensure that you obtain a receipt for posting any return and that the order value is properly covered in the event of being lost in transit.

Please note that your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories - unless they are faulty.

  1. a) Goods made or supplied correctly to a special order, this includes personalised items

 

Order sent incorrectly/faulty goods

If items have been sent incorrectly against your order, or if an item is faulty please call our customer services on 01963 33344

Items returned as faulty within 3 months of purchase will be inspected and if considered to contain a manufacturer fault, it will be replaced or refunded at the purchases price. Items over 3 months old will be dealt with at the discretion of Ceeflair Embroidery & Printing

In the event of an error by us resulting in supply of incorrect goods, we will refund the cost of return second class postage and rectify the error by dispatch of the correct item.

It is strongly recommended that you should always obtain a receipt for posting in the event of loss in transit and that postage includes insurance to cover the value of goods.

OUR RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

What happens if I want to cancel an order?

In the unlikely event you need to cancel your order! In order to be able to offer you a fast delivery service, many orders will be dispatched quickly. This means that unfortunately it is not always possible to cancel your order.

Expenses are incurred once an order is placed with us, including artwork production, ordering of materials, and placement of orders with vendors which are subject to their cancellation or restocking policies and charges. If an order is cancelled once placed, Ceeflair Embroidery & Printing reserves the right to charge for artwork fees, restocking costs and any other expenses incurred by us between the time we received your payment and the cancellation request was received.
